Mechanical Entry Quality Technician / Technician
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from relevant departments of Vocational High Schools and/or Vocational Schools (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aircraft, etc.),
- Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,
- Open to development and responsible,
- Suitable for shift work system,
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing quality control methods,
- Knowledgeable about the control of different processes and/or products (coating, painting, heat treatment, welding, etc.); technical drawing, technical document reading and interpretation skills,
- Able to create a test plan for product verification,
- Experienced in AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949 quality standards and their operation,
- Informed about ERP quality module,
- Able to use MS Office programs at intermediate and above level,
- Informed about non-conformity and DF studies,
- Able to use mechanical measurement tools (CMM, caliper, micrometer, gage, optical measurement, hardness measuring device etc.),
- Able to prepare, implement and update quality control measurement report and initial approval form,
- Knows basic level English (A1, A2),
- No military service for male candidates,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To perform incoming quality controls of all mechanical materials arriving for product acceptance according to the determined control criteria.
- To prepare the necessary technical documentation and reports, keep records and perform ERP transactions.
- To cooperate with Quality Management Engineers, to provide support for research and test methods for new material types when necessary and to create quality control plans.
- To take the necessary actions in case of non-conformity and to prepare reports.
- To give first sample approval.
- To provide suggestions and solutions for process improvements when necessary.
- To prepare a quality control plan when necessary.
