Control, Guidance and Navigation Development Engineer
We are looking for team members to join our firm, contributing to the design of control, guidance, and navigation algorithms and the software development processes in the R&D activities of unmanned aerial vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Develop lower and upper level flight control algorithms for unmanned aerial vehicle systems, conduct stability analysis and enhance flight capabilities. Improve attitude control, trajectory control, formation flight and autonomous maneuver capabilities. Develop state estimation algorithms, perform accuracy analysis to enhance navigation capabilities. Process sensor data and develop sensor fusion algorithms. Design and implement sensor calibration algorithms and manage the testing and documentation processes. Work on sensor selection, anomaly detection and navigation autonomy systems. Engage in filter design, Kalman filters, and precise positioning algorithms. Develop relative positioning algorithms for landing on fixed and moving platforms. Develop autonomous take-off and landing systems. Develop guidance and route-following algorithms. Prepare documentation for developed algorithms and software. Work on advanced autonomy systems. Design safety-critical algorithms, develop autopilot software and ensure integration. Conduct functional tests of software and control algorithms and report analyses. Plan flight test activities, participate in flight tests, and conduct flight analyses. Perform modeling, simulation, and system identification studies. Work on hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems. Monitor current technologies in the field of control systems. Basic Qualifications:
Graduated from Control and Automation, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar fields. Knowledgeable in linear and nonlinear control systems. Familiar with flight dynamics and aviation knowledge. Knowledgeable in sensor fusion and inertial navigation algorithms. Skilled in system dynamics and mathematical modeling. Proficient in MATLAB and Simulink tools. Strong analytical thinking ability. Teamwork oriented, able to work independently and highly self-motivated. Advanced technical English proficiency. Technical reporting and presentation skills. Flexible with working hours. Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Holding or pursuing a Master's degree in Flight Dynamics or Control Systems. Recently graduated with university project experience. Experienced in hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems. Experienced with Kalman filter, GNSS, IMU systems. Developed software for real-time systems. Proficient in C programming language. Capable of developing quality, testable and sustainable software. Knowledgeable in artificial intelligence algorithms. Two years of embedded software development experience. Knowledgeable about sensors and prediction algorithms. Proficient in Git or similar version control systems. Candidates with proficient in MS-Office programs will be given priority.
