CAD Designer
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably Mechanical Drawing and Construction Teaching, Design, Construction Teaching, Automotive Teaching and Airframe-Engine Maintenance Department graduate,
- Experienced in CATIA V5 software,
- Preferably having knowledge of Composite Materials and production methods,
- Experience with PLM and ERP,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Experienced in 3D design,
- Knowledge of machining and welded manufacturing,
- Having a 3-dimensional and analytical mindset, result-oriented, creative, self-developing,
- Preferably completed military service (for male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Regarding newly developed products; To design and model the outlined part, assembly, product or system.
- To apply the geometric dimensioning and tolerance rules (GD&T) to the design while modeling.
- To pre-check the completed projects in digital environment, check the compatibility of various parts and final assembly with other assemblies, make any necessary and/or desired changes.
- To develop alternative constructions according to basic data when necessary.
- To prepare and detail 2D manufacturing and assembly drawings of the created 3D designs.
- To make the first sample control production and to arrange the working control together with the units-tools to which the prototype parts are attached.
- To support the purchasing processes of the systems whose design and approval processes have been completed.
We are looking for "CAD Designer" to be assigned to the Structural Manufacturing Design team of the Structural Technologies Unit. The candidate is expected to have high communication skills and sense of responsibility, to be prone to teamwork and open to innovations and learning.
