The Configuration and Delivery Management Department is responsible for ensuring the integrity, traceability, and control of product, system, and subsystem configurations throughout their entire lifecycle. It also ensures that deliveries are planned, verified, and executed in full compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Within this scope, configuration planning, configuration identification, change management, configuration status accounting, as well as configuration verification and audit activities are carried out in a systematic and controlled manner.

The department works in close integration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, and logistics functions to minimize technical risks, prevent deliveries with incorrect or incomplete configurations, and ensure that customer acceptance processes proceed efficiently and smoothly.

Through this structured approach, technical compliance, full traceability, and the complete fulfillment of contractual obligations are assured.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The purpose of this position is to ensure the integrity, traceability, and control of product, system, and subsystem configurations throughout their lifecycle in full compliance with contractual and technical requirements. It aims to manage change and delivery processes within an integrated framework, prevent shipments with incorrect or incomplete configurations, and ensure that customer acceptance processes are completed efficiently, on time, and without issues.

  • Analyze contractual requirements and define, implement, and monitor configuration and delivery management requirements throughout the product lifecycle in alignment with the Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
  • Establish and maintain the compatibility matrix between hardware and software components, ensuring its accuracy and managing the impact of changes.
  • Evaluate engineering change requests and coordinate the execution of design review and approval processes.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination and follow-up during delivery readiness activities for products within the scope of the contract.
  • Execute acceptance and shipment activities in close collaboration and integration with end users/customers.
  • Prepare, verify, and archive technical documentation packages related to acceptance and shipment processes, ensuring full configuration integrity.
  • Develop product shipment plans, coordinate with logistics teams, and manage post-delivery traceability activities.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports on configuration, change, and shipment activities, and propose continuous process improvement initiatives.

Genel Nitelikler

  • Graduated from the engineering departments of leading universities in Türkiye or worldwide,
  • Possesses practical experience or a strong theoretical background in Configuration Management (CM) Systems and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM),
  • Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and verifying technical documentation,
  • Has a good command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours and a fast-paced work environment,
  • Available for temporary assignments at domestic and international sites,
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with high coordination and teamwork capabilities,
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant roles within the defense, aerospace, or automotive industries,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Hands-on experience with PLM, PDM, ERP, or change management systems,
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile),
  • Proficient in using reporting and data analytics tools effectively.
