Composite Manufacturing and Maintenance Technician
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from technical or vocational programs such as Aircraft Maintenance, Materials, Polymers, or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledgeable in composite manufacturing methods, repair processes, and materials (reinforcement, matrix, and prepreg materials)
- Skilled in the use of hand tools with strong manual dexterity
- Preferably experienced in composite cutting, sanding, lamination, or repair operations
- Familiar with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) inspection processes
- Responsible and detail-oriented in documentation and form completion
- Capable of performing data entry and reporting using both computer systems and printed forms
- Able to work safely with dust, chemicals, and resin materials using the required protective equipment
- Maintains a clean and organized working environment with a strong sense of discipline
- Committed to applying occupational health and safety regulations in all operations
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and open to innovation
- Strong process-following skills, dynamic, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
- Team-oriented with no restrictions for domestic or international travel
- For male candidates, completion of military service is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in composite part manufacturing and maintenance processes
- Perform cutting, sanding, and preparation operations to achieve final part dimensions
- Conduct lay-up and lamination processes in accordance with approved procedures
- Carry out composite part repair and maintenance activities following technical procedures
- Perform final vacuum, leakage, and quality control tests
- Complete work orders accurately and obtain approval from responsible personnel
- Manage system entries and service documentation for repaired or scrapped components
- Support maintenance and repair activities at domestic or international sites when required
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in the work area
