Senior Project Engineer (International Projects)
GENERAL FEATURES
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities
- Experienced in PMI project management processes, scope, budget, resource and schedule management. PMP certification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in leading international projects.
- Ability to lead projects from definition to roll-out and to implement process improvements throughout the organization.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Advanced English knowledge in both written and oral is must.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver program plans and enable successful completion of program milestones by working with international stakeholders.
- Manage program timeline, scope, dependencies, budget and risks to meet program objectives.
- Lead organization members in the completion of program tasks.
- Interface with other functions, stakeholders, program staff and internal/external experts as required.
- Perform earned value analysis in order to monitor and control the schedule and budget performance.
- Promote professional project management approach within the organization to create a culture which results in successful projects.
- Work with Program Manager to implement business strategies into project plan.
