To support this vision, we are seeking an experienced Airbus A321P2F Captain to join our flight operations team.
The Airbus A321P2F Captain will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant conduct of flight operations, exercising command over the flight crew, ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft, and conducting all operations in accordance with applicable national and international civil aviation regulations and company procedures.

Pozisyonun Amacı
The Captain is responsible for ensuring that domestic and international cargo operations conducted on the Airbus A321P2F fleet are performed to the highest standards of safety, providing leadership to the flight crew, operating in full compliance with company procedures, DGCA (SHGM) requirements, and international civil aviation regulations, while promoting a strong and proactive safety culture.

Flight Operations
- Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled cargo flights on the Airbus A321P2F safely and efficiently.
- Perform all required operational checks before, during, and after each flight.
- Review and assess flight plans, meteorological information, NOTAMs, aircraft performance calculations, and fuel planning.
- Review Load Plans, Weight & Balance calculations, and NOTOC (Notification to Captain) documentation to ensure operational readiness before departure.
- Apply company procedures related to Main Deck Cargo Compartment operations.
- Verify that all cargo, including Dangerous Goods, is transported in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Flight Dispatch, Loadmasters, and Ground Operations to ensure safe cargo handling and flight operations.
- Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in accordance with Airbus operating procedures and company operations manuals.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Conduct flight operations in accordance with DGCA (SHGM) regulations, ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), and company operations manuals.
- Submit safety reports in accordance with the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
- Promote the principles of Just Culture and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's safety culture.
- Report operational hazards, safety concerns, and regulatory non-conformities identified during flight operations.
Crew Leadership & Coordination
- Lead the flight deck crew and ensure the effective application of Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles.
- Coordinate closely with Flight Dispatch, Ground Operations, Loadmasters, Maintenance, and other operational departments.
- Maintain effective communication with the Operations Control Center (OCC) during irregular operations (IROPS).
Documentation & Reporting
- Complete all flight records and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report technical discrepancies and operational irregularities to the appropriate departments.
- Utilize the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and company operational systems effectively.
Genel Nitelikler
- Turkish citizenship
- Valid ATPL(A) license
- Valid Airbus A320 Family Type Rating
- Qualified to serve as Captain on the Airbus A321 aircraft
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME), and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) qualifications
- Current licenses and certifications in accordance with DGCA (SHGM) regulations
- Preferably a minimum of 3,500 total flight hours
- Preferably a minimum of 1,000 flight hours on the Airbus A320 Family
- Previous experience as a Captain on the Airbus A321P2F/A321F or other cargo aircraft is considered an advantage
- Sound knowledge of cargo operations, cargo safety, Main Deck Cargo Compartment procedures, and Weight & Balance principles
- Thorough knowledge of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and dangerous goods transportation procedures
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Current CRM, UPRT, EBT (where applicable), and all other mandatory recurrent training
- No restrictions on domestic or international assignments
- Residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate
Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler
- Previous experience as a Captain on the Airbus A321P2F/A321F fleet
- Experience in international air cargo operations.
- Experience with NOTOC, special cargo, live animal transportation, and dangerous goods operations.
- Experience with ETOPS, RVSM, PBN, and CPDLC operations
- Qualification as a Training Captain, Check Captain, or CRM Instructor
- Previous employment with an IOSA-certified airline
- Previous involvement in the establishment, certification, and operational readiness of a newly established air cargo airline
