Our unit carries out the manufacturing, testing, and quality control activities of communication and power cabling, and plays an active role in the production and integration processes of power system panels and ground systems. It also provides support for the functional testing of manufactured systems and field installation and commissioning activities.

Position Objective
We are looking for team members who will ensure that the production, testing, and quality control processes of cable harnesses are carried out completely in accordance with relevant standards and technical documents in our company operating in the Aviation and Defense Industry; and who will contribute to the preparation of products that meet functional, reliable, and high-quality requirements.

What to Expect You?

• Playing a role in cabling production, quality, and testing activities
• Working in cabling processes in accordance with IPC standards
• Completing and following up on forms, reports, and documentation related to cabling processes
• Working in accordance with Aviation and Defense Industry standards
• Playing a role in rework and reprocessing activities
• Taking part in field work
• Providing process improvement suggestions and contributing to implementations

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics, Aircraft Technology, and similar departments of universities or high schools
• Experienced and enthusiastic about cabling production, testing, or quality control
• Preferably involved in the active production, testing, or quality control of cable bundles for aviation and defense industry products
• Preferably experienced in effectively using military-grade cabling materials
• Preferably knowledgeable about materials conforming to the MIL-STD-D38999 standard
• Experienced in the use of hand tools (crimping, pin removal, insertion, cable stripping, etc.)
• Preferably experienced in precision soldering Possessing the ability
• Possesses technical drawing and technical document reading/understanding and interpretation skills
• Able to adapt to a busy work pace and flexible working hours
• Able to reside in Istanbul
• No travel restrictions
