Autonomous Formation Project for Jet Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

Yüksek İrtifa

Talent Program

Within the scope of this project, algorithms and secure, efficient formation strategies will be developed to enable jet unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to operate in a coordinated manner. Prospective candidates involved in this process will design autonomous engagement software that optimizes target detection and engagement workflows, and establish advanced simulation environments to evaluate operational scenarios and test software performance.

The primary objective of the project is to maximize the operational effectiveness of unmanned aerial vehicles while minimizing the need for human intervention and mitigating safety risks.

Criteria and Expectations

  • Knowledge of aircraft aerodynamics, fundamental flight dynamics, and path planning algorithms, or a high level of motivation for continuous self-development in these domains.
  • Familiarity with the Linux operating system, system programming dynamics, and artificial intelligence development processes.
  • A strong interest in autonomous systems, swarm intelligence, and the construction of simulation environments.
  • Eagerness to research state-of-the-art approaches in literature to develop innovative algorithms for the aerospace and defense sectors.
