Propulsion Systems Test Engineer
General Qualifications
- Graduated from the Mechanical, Automotive, Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Aviation & Space or Aircraft Engineering departments of universities,
- Preferably have a master's degree in these departments,
- Preferably have experience in the field of unmanned aerial vehicle propulsion system,
- Who will be able to design in at least one of the 3D design programs, preferably CATIA
- Experience in using general engineering tools and programs,
- Have knowledge about data acquisition systems and sensors (temperature, pressure, vibration, speed, etc.),
- Knowledge of piston and gas turbine engine operating principles and measurement systems,
- Knowledgeable about airworthiness, engine systems and subsystems,Knows literature review processes and can conduct detailed literature review,
- High problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
- Proficiency in technical English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Open to innovation and continuous self-improvement,
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- Ability to adapt to a high work tempo and flexible working hours,
- Able to work in coordination with other teams related to their areas of responsibility.
Work Description
Taking into account the project dynamics and active division of labor requirements, the following assignments will be made;
- Establishing the necessary infrastructure for engine whole and subsystem tests and keeping it active,
- Supporting the planning of tests and determining their requirements,
- Ensuring the integration of data collection equipment to be used into the test system,
- Planning and ensuring the necessary maintenance of test systems,
- Processing the data of the tests performed, evaluating the results and providing the necessary reporting to the relevant teams,
- Supporting the initial design and updates of test setups,
- Creating the necessary technical documentation and 3D design models,
- To work on following, acquiring and implementing new technologies.
