To support this vision, we are seeking a highly motivated Airbus A321P2F First Officer to join our growing flight operations team.
The First Officer will be responsible for supporting the Captain in conducting safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations, operating in accordance with company procedures and applicable civil aviation regulations, and contributing to the highest standards of flight safety.

Pozisyonun Amacı
The First Officer will support the safe and efficient operation of domestic and international cargo flights on the Airbus A321P2F fleet by working in close coordination with the Captain, conducting operations in compliance with company procedures, DGCA (SHGM) requirements, and international civil aviation regulations, while actively contributing to the organization's safety culture.

Flight Operations
- Serve as a First Officer on Airbus A321P2F cargo operations.
- Perform all required operational duties before, during, and after each flight.
- Review and assess flight plans, meteorological information, NOTAMs, aircraft performance calculations, and fuel planning.
- Verify Load Plans, Weight & Balance calculations, and NOTOC (Notification to Captain) documentation prior to departure.
- Apply procedures related to Main Deck Cargo Compartment operations.
- Verify that all cargo, including Dangerous Goods, complies with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Flight Dispatch, Loadmasters, and Ground Operations to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
- Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in accordance with Airbus operating procedures and company manuals.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Conduct flight operations in compliance with DGCA (SHGM) regulations, ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), and company procedures.
- Contribute to the company's Safety Management System (SMS) through proactive safety reporting.
- Promote and support the principles of Just Culture and continuous safety improvement.
- Report operational hazards and safety concerns identified during flight operations.
Crew Coordination & Communication
- Maintain effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) practices with the Captain.
- Coordinate closely with Flight Dispatch, Ground Operations, Loadmasters, Maintenance, and other operational departments.
- Maintain effective communication with the Operations Control Center (OCC) during irregular operations (IROPS).
Documentation & Reporting
- Complete all flight records and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report technical discrepancies and operational irregularities to the appropriate departments.
- Utilize the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and company operational systems effectively.
Genel Nitelikler
- Turkish citizenship
- Valid CPL(A) or ATPL(A) license
- Valid Airbus A320 Family Type Rating
- Qualified to serve as a First Officer on the Airbus A321 aircraft
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME), and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) qualifications
- Current licenses and certifications in accordance with DGCA (SHGM) regulations
- Preferably a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours
- Previous flight experience on the Airbus A320 Family is preferred
- Experience operating Airbus A321P2F/A321F or other cargo aircraft is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of cargo operations, cargo safety, Main Deck Cargo Compartment procedures, and Weight & Balance principles
- Familiarity with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and dangerous goods handling procedures
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Current CRM, UPRT, EBT (where applicable), and other mandatory recurrent training
- No restrictions on domestic or international assignments
- Residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate

- Previous experience as a First Officer on the Airbus A321P2F/A321F fleet
- Experience in international air cargo operations
- Knowledge of NOTOC, special cargo handling, and dangerous goods transportation
- Experience with ETOPS, RVSM, PBN, and CPDLC operations
- Previous employment with an IOSA-certified airline
- Experience participating in the establishment, certification, and operational readiness of a newly established air cargo airline
