The Mechanical Manufacturing Unit carries out the production of critical mechanical components for the aerospace and defense industries through machining, additive manufacturing, coating, finishing, and automation processes, primarily using CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines. Within the unit, all manufacturing steps are carried out in a controlled manner, from raw material entry to final product shipment, and production processes are continuously improved in accordance with quality and traceability principles. For components requiring high precision, measurement, verification, and process control activities are implemented through an integrated approach.
To ensure that components requiring high precision are machined on honing machines in accordance with technical drawings and process requirements, to optimize honing parameters, to ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy, and to contribute to the sustainability of production quality.
