It carries out design, analysis, integration, and verification activities for weapon systems, central hydraulic systems, and their associated mechanical and structural subsystems for aircraft developed by Baykar. End-to-end engineering work is conducted across all stages—from conceptual design to serial production—while taking into account criteria such as performance, weight, cost, and functionality.
Pozisyonun Amacı
The objective is to design, validate, and improve central hydraulic systems for aerial vehicle platforms within Baykar.
The role entails establishing hydraulic system architectures, executing system designs, contributing to analysis and integration processes, participating in test and flight activities to validate the designed systems, analyzing test results, and validating developed solutions in accordance with relevant standards.

- Developing hydraulic system architecture and carrying out sub-component selection and layout planning,
- Preparing 2D and 3D designs for parts, assemblies, and systems,
- Refining designs based on structural strength, static, and functional requirements,
- Conducting literature reviews and preparing technical reports,
- Selecting standard parts,
- Defining test requirements for systems and equipment, monitoring test activities, and analyzing results,
- Executing integration activities during the R&D process,
- Preparing part and assembly documentation, procedures, checklists, maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts catalogs.
Genel Nitelikler
- Graduates of university departments such as Mechanical, Aeronautical and Astronautical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering,
- Knowledgeable in mechanical design,
- Knowledgeable in strength of materials, statics, machine elements, and materials science,
- Proficient in technical English,
- Familiar with literature review processes and capable of conducting detailed literature reviews,
- Knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T),
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
- Capable of participating in design projects from start to finish,
- Possessing strong problem-solving skills,
- Able to work in coordination with other teams relevant to their area of responsibility,
- Capable of analytical and result-oriented thinking; able to effectively manage multiple tasks using a risk management approach,
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
