Our department develops advanced engineering solutions for engine systems and carries out design, analysis, materials, manufacturing, testing, and validation activities in an integrated manner. Within our scope, material-, manufacturing-, and performance-oriented development of engine components and subsystems is conducted, new technologies are implemented, and technical improvement activities are carried out throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, we manufacture critical components through precision casting processes.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The purpose of this position is to support production continuity, quality, and efficiency by ensuring the effective execution and monitoring of precision casting processes on the shop floor; to ensure the proper and efficient use of equipment such as heat treatment systems, autoclaves, and casting furnaces; to systematically record and report process data; to monitor equipment maintenance processes; to ensure operational practices are carried out in accordance with procedures; to contribute to the timely and complete execution of work orders through strong team coordination; and to ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Actively executing precision casting processes on the shop floor, monitoring operations in real time, and ensuring accurate recording of process data,
• Ensuring the correct, safe, and efficient use of production equipment, particularly heat treatment systems, autoclaves, and casting furnaces,
• Following periodic maintenance plans of equipment and supporting basic maintenance and inspection activities,
• Loading parts into relevant equipment, unloading them after processes, and ensuring uninterrupted operational flow,
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards during production processes and identifying potential defects to share with relevant units,
• Working meticulously in accordance with procedures, instructions, and occupational safety rules,
• Monitoring and prioritizing work orders and contributing to their completion within deadlines,
• Ensuring team coordination and establishing effective communication with relevant departments,
• Reporting and presenting production and process data using MS Office programs, particularly Excel,
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and providing suggestions to enhance efficiency,
• Supporting operational continuity by adapting to a fast-paced production environment and flexible working hours.

Genel Nitelikler

• Experience with production equipment such as heat treatment systems, autoclaves, and casting furnaces,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel,
• Willingness to work actively on the shop floor,
• Ability to work in compliance with procedures and with strong attention to detail,
