Our Unit:

Operating under the Corporate Communications Department, the Visual Communication and Design Team is responsible for protecting, developing, and adding value to the company’s brand identity. The team manages and develops visual content processes across various design disciplines, including fairs, organizations, events, digital content, print design, and corporate communication projects, ensuring that all outputs are delivered in line with corporate standards.
 

Purpose of the Position:

The main purpose of this position is to manage end-to-end motion graphics and animation design needs for product promotion, mission narratives, concept presentations, fair and event content, digital publications, and infographic animations across national and international projects of Baykar, Piaggio Aerospace, and related group companies, with a fast, analytical, and corporate visual identity-oriented production approach.

The candidate is expected to have advanced proficiency in motion graphics design processes, particularly in Adobe After Effects. They should be able to effectively use 2D/3D visual outputs within animation workflows and transform technical content related to defense technologies, aircraft, mission systems, and concept scenarios into clear, dynamic, and impactful motion narratives. The candidate is also expected to have a solid understanding of 3D production workflows, enabling them to integrate 2D/3D visuals, models, renders, and animation outputs into After Effects compositions.

What Awaits You:

• Creating motion graphics for product promotions, mission narratives, concept development, fair/event content, digital presentations, social media content, and corporate communication projects,
• Managing advanced composition, animation, camera, lighting, typographic animation, infographic animation, transition design, and effects processes in Adobe After Effects,
• Integrating 3D models, renders, and animation outputs into After Effects compositions and turning them into short promotional films, mission narratives, product presentations, technical animations, and digital content formats,
• Carrying out basic editing, sound, color, export, and format adaptation processes using Premiere Pro or similar video editing software,
• Preparing animation-ready visual assets, interfaces, icons, infographics, masks, and layouts using supporting design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator,
• Using 3D outputs within motion graphics workflows with an understanding of scale, perspective, lighting, and composition.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Cartoon and Animation, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, digital content production, product promotion, or technical storytelling, supported by a strong portfolio/showreel,
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including composition, keyframe animation, camera, lighting, effects, masking, tracking, typographic animation, and motion design processes,
• Ability to use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, sound editing, color correction, exporting, and adapting outputs to different digital formats,
• Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator at a level sufficient to support motion graphics production workflows,
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of at least one 3D software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar, and the ability to integrate 3D models, renders, and animation outputs into After Effects compositions,
• Technical understanding of how to use 3D render outputs in motion graphics and video content,
• Strong planning, presentation, and project tracking skills,
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in time management,
• Able to handle a fast-paced work environment with flexible hours and manage stress effectively.
