The Mechanical Manufacturing Unit carries out the production of critical mechanical components for the aerospace and defense industries, primarily utilizing CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, along with machining, additive manufacturing, coating, finishing, and automation processes.

Within the unit, all manufacturing stages—from raw material intake to final product shipment—are conducted in a controlled manner, and production processes are continuously improved in line with quality and traceability principles.

For components requiring high precision, measurement, verification, and process control activities are implemented through an integrated approach.

Pozisyonun Amacı

To ensure uninterrupted production processes, to guarantee that raw materials are prepared in the correct dimensions, stored systematically, and tracked within the system; and to manage the flow of raw materials in an effective and efficient manner.

• To ensure that raw materials are prepared in the required dimensions and in accordance with the specified material grade,
• To maintain a regular and uninterrupted flow of raw materials,
• To ensure that raw materials are stored properly under suitable conditions,
• To create system records for all incoming and outgoing raw materials in the warehouse,
• To carry out stock tracking, control, and periodic inventory counts,
• To generate raw material purchase requests when needed,
• To ensure that work orders are properly executed through the ERP system.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduate of a Vocational High School, Technical High School, or Vocational School (Associate Degree) in a relevant field,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Able to operate a column (band) saw,
• Proficient in using calipers (vernier),
• Knowledgeable about raw materials,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset,
• Detail-oriented, result-driven, careful, and well-organized,
• Able to adapt to a shift-based working system,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and a demanding work pace,
• For male candidates, completion of military service.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Experienced in ERP or MRP systems,
• Holds a forklift license and is able to operate it actively.
