What Awaits You
- Play an active role in developing mission systems software for Bayraktar TB2, TB3, AKINCI, KIZILELMA, and future aerial platforms
- Contribute to critical software processes such as real‑time data streams, mission management, operations control, and user interfaces
- Design, optimize, and integrate the architecture of mission planning and control systems with flight systems
- Deliver high‑performance, reliable, and user‑friendly software solutions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical‑Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Mechatronics, Aeronautics & Astronautics, or related fields
- Experienced software developer or open to training and development
- Solid grasp of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Proficient in algorithm analysis, operating systems, computer architecture, and data structures
- Hands‑on project experience in at least one object‑oriented language (C#, Java, or Python)
- Knowledge of real‑time data processing, mission management, and automation systems
- Familiar with relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experienced with Git version control
- English reading and comprehension skills sufficient for technical documentation
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with flexible working hours
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- No travel restrictions
- Completed military service or eligible for at least two-year deferment
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Experience with distributed systems and inter‑process communication
- Hands‑on work in real‑time data processing and mission management systems
- Background in web technologies (React, TypeScript, etc.)
- Experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), flight control systems, or mission planning software
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
