What Awaits You

  • Play an active role in developing mission systems software for Bayraktar TB2, TB3, AKINCI, KIZILELMA, and future aerial platforms
  • Contribute to critical software processes such as real‑time data streams, mission management, operations control, and user interfaces
  • Design, optimize, and integrate the architecture of mission planning and control systems with flight systems

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical‑Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Mechatronics, Aeronautics & Astronautics, or related fields
  • Experienced software developer or open to training and development
  • Solid grasp of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Proficient in algorithm analysis, operating systems, computer architecture, and data structures
  • Hands‑on project experience in at least one object‑oriented language (C#, Java, or Python)
  • Knowledge of real‑time data processing, mission management, and automation systems
  • Familiar with relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Experienced with Git version control
  • English reading and comprehension skills sufficient for technical documentation
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with flexible working hours
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • No travel restrictions
  • Completed military service or eligible for at least two-year deferment

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with distributed systems and inter‑process communication
  • Hands‑on work in real‑time data processing and mission management systems
  • Background in web technologies (React, TypeScript, etc.)
  • Experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), flight control systems, or mission planning software
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
