OUR DEPARTMENT:

Network, Information Technologies, and Information Security Systems Department is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, management, and security of the organization’s digital infrastructure. Under this department; software development, system and infrastructure management, network technologies, information security, artificial intelligence and data analytics, DevOps processes, ERP systems, and software testing activities are carried out with an integrated approach.

In line with the principles of high availability, scalability, and security, the department aims to contribute to the digital transformation of corporate processes by developing modern software architectures, cloud and on-premise infrastructures, automation solutions, and advanced analytics applications.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

In line with the organization’s strategic objectives, the purpose of this role is to design end-to-end network infrastructures for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and critical communication systems, develop modern and high-performance software solutions to manage these infrastructures, and advance digital transformation initiatives through network automation. This position serves as a bridge between the physical network layer and software architecture, ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted operational capabilities.

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

  • Designing both backend architectures and modern desktop interfaces (WPF/Avalonia) for systems communicating with network components, such as UAV ground control stations and modem management tools,
  • Designing and optimizing Swarm UAV and MANET-based communication protocols, and integrating these data flows into software architectures,
  • Developing software solutions that automate network management processes using technologies such as Ansible, Netmiko, and Paramiko,
  • Configuring complex VPN architectures (IPsec, SSL VPN) and managing secure data link communication processes,
  • Developing modern desktop applications using C# and .NET Core while architecting end-to-end network automation workflows with Python and Rust,
  • Working with advanced technologies such as MANET, swarm UAV communication protocols, and next-generation UI frameworks including Avalonia UI,
  • Producing solutions for high-availability and security-oriented architectural challenges across a broad spectrum ranging from the physical network layer to the application layer,
  • Shaping the future of the organization’s digital infrastructure, from automating enterprise campus networks to migrating existing projects to next-generation technologies,
  • Collaborating within a fully integrated and agile environment alongside software, systems, network, and cybersecurity teams, fostering continuous idea exchange and strong team spirit.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering,
  • Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with strong command of WPF architecture (experience with Avalonia UI or Qt is considered an asset),
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in TCP/IP, OSI, subnetting, VLAN, and routing/switching technologies, with knowledge at CCNP level,
  • Ability to develop projects using Python and Rust in addition to C#, particularly within network automation processes,
  • Strong competency in Linux system administration, service configuration, and performance optimization,
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and commitment to Clean Code standards,
  • Proficiency in Git version control systems and hands-on experience with network simulation tools such as Packet Tracer, GNS3, or EVE-NG.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

  • Knowledge of drone control/telemetry protocols such as MAVLink or experience with RF/Satellite communication systems,
  • Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes,
  • Ability to integrate AI-assisted development tools into the software development lifecycle,
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, Radius, and SNMP/NetFlow monitoring systems,
  • Strong understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) principles, including the interaction between the Control Plane and Data Plane, with the ability to develop or integrate centralized network management software (Controllers).
