GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from vocational school, technical high school, or related departments of vocational high schools, preferably holding a journeyman-master certificate,
• Proficient in advanced 3 and 5-axis CAM programming for machining parts,
• Hands-on experience working on C-Y axis CNC lathes and Lathe centers for candidates in Lathe CAM,
• Proficient in using Mitsubishi and Fanuc control units,
• Able to set up, zero, measure tools, and reset tools on 3 and 5-axis CNC lathe and/or milling machines,
• Capable of manual programming, with expertise in G and M codes,
• Proficient in geometric tolerancing,
• Preferably experienced in Esprit CAM programming,
• Knowledgeable in selecting the right cutting tools based on the material to be manufactured,
• Experienced and knowledgeable in providing accurate speed-feed-depth of cut,
• Familiar with machining methods and capable of reading technical drawings,
• Efficient use of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.),
• Knowledgeable in reporting techniques, with analytical and interpretative skills,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• Willing to work in shifts, adaptable to flexible working hours, and cope with a fast-paced work environment,
• Seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions and no military obligations for male applicants.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Preparation of CAM programs and operation plans for parts and projects to be processed on CNC Milling and/or Lathe machines,
• Preparation of operation information forms for the processed parts,
• Evaluate and conclude error detection and change requests, suggestions within the specified time frame as part of continuous improvement efforts,
• Carry out assigned actions in accordance with quality assurance procedures and processes,
• Ensure smooth production of parts by providing accurate job instructions to the operator,
• Design fixtures and jigs for the responsible part to expedite the manufacturing process,
• Evaluate and conclude suggestions for error detection and change requests within the specified time frame as part of continuous improvement efforts,
• Actively participate in the actual production on CNC Milling and/or Lathe machines.
