Mechanical Manufacturing Unit carries out the production of critical mechanical components for the aerospace and defense industries through processes including, but not limited to, CNC turning and CNC milling, as well as subtractive manufacturing, additive manufacturing, coating, finishing, and automation. Within the unit, all manufacturing stages—from raw material intake to final product shipment—are conducted in a controlled manner, and production processes are continuously improved in line with quality and traceability principles. For parts requiring high precision, measurement, verification, and process control activities are implemented through an integrated approach.

Pozisyonun Amacı

To ensure the efficient and effective execution of production processes on CNC milling and/or turning machines, to prepare CAM programs, to develop operation plans, and to support production quality through continuous improvement activities.

• Preparing CAM programs for parts to be machined on CNC milling and/or turning machines
• Creating operation plans for production processes
• Preparing operation information sheets for parts to be machined
• Ensuring smooth production by providing operators with accurate work instructions
• Designing jigs and fixtures to accelerate the production of parts
• Identifying errors and evaluating incoming change requests within the scope of continuous improvement activities
• Carrying out production processes in accordance with quality assurance procedures
• Actively participating in production on CNC milling and/or turning machines when required

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduate of a vocational school, technical high school, or vocational high school in a relevant field
• Preferably holds a journeyman or master craftsman certificate
• Has experience as an operator on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines; proficient in workpiece setup, zeroing, and tool measurement/offsetting
• Proficient in G and M codes
• Knowledgeable in geometric tolerancing
• Familiar with machining (subtractive manufacturing) processes and able to read technical drawings
• Able to effectively use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in cutting tool selection, spindle speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut parameters
• Possesses analytical thinking skills and able to perform reporting
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced work environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• For male candidates, completion of military service

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Experienced in Esprit CAM and/or Hypermill software
• Able to use advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CAM programming
• Experienced in jig and fixture design
