The Corporate Communications unit manages Baykar’s corporate reputation and communication activities through a holistic approach. It carries out work in areas such as media relations, content creation, digital communication, social media, corporate publications, and event communications. It ensures that the organization’s activities, projects, and values ​​are conveyed accurately, consistently, and effectively to internal and external stakeholders, and coordinates the consistent application of the corporate communication language and visual identity across all communication channels.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The objective is to edit, assemble, and prepare photo and video content for publication in line with corporate communication needs. The role is responsible for ensuring that visual content produced for social media, digital platforms, events, and corporate initiatives is of high quality, accurate, and consistent with the corporate identity.

• Produce, edit, and prepare photo and video content for publication,
• Carry out video editing and post-production processes,
• Perform color correction, lighting adjustments, framing, and necessary retouching on photographs,
• Conduct color grading, audio editing, and basic visual effects work for video content,
• Create photo and video content suitable for social media and digital platforms,
• Adapt content according to the dimensions, duration, and format requirements of different platforms,
• Process footage captured during events, organizations, shoots, and corporate projects,
• Ensure consistent application of the corporate visual language across all content,
• Support the organization, classification, and maintenance of the photo and video archive,
• Work collaboratively and coordinate with media relations, social media, and other communication teams,
• Ensure that content is delivered on time and in accordance with established quality standards.

Genel Nitelikler

• Preferably a graduate of Visual Communication Design, Radio, Television and Cinema, Communication, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field from a university,
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop,
• Knowledgeable in the use of Adobe Lightroom,
• Strong understanding of video editing, post-production, and basic color correction processes,
• Knowledge of photo editing, color correction, and retouching techniques,
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, framing, and fundamental design principles,
• Knowledge of visual and video formats used across social media and digital platforms,
• Organized and detail-oriented in file management and digital archiving,
• Detail-oriented and attentive to visual quality,
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills,
• Disciplined in task follow-up and time management,
• Keeps up with new technologies, content formats, and visual communication trends,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours when required,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Minimum 2 years of experience in photo and video editing,
• Intermediate level of English proficiency,
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects,
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing and color grading software,
• Ability to create motion graphics and basic animations,
• Knowledge of professional photography and video equipment,
• Basic technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment,
• Experience in photo and video production for events, organizations, or corporate communication projects,
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media, including Reels, Shorts, and similar vertical video formats,
• Preferably experienced in drone operation and aerial photography, with the ability to use relevant equipment safely and effectively,
• Ability to use basic audio editing and sound enhancement tools,
• Experience with photo and video archiving systems,
• Candidates who follow and are able to use AI-powered photo, video, and content creation tools will be considered an advantage,
• Knowledge of basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic network devices.
