The Production Design and Printing Technologies Team, operating under the Corporate Communications Department, is responsible for designing warning signs, visual materials, signboards, information boards, and aircraft system graphics requested within the organization, as well as managing, implementing, and continuously improving the production and installation processes of existing designs.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The incumbent of this position will be responsible for managing the production and installation processes of all printed materials required for the organization's internal operations, trade shows, exhibitions, events, and other corporate activities.The primary objective of this role is to oversee digital printing equipment, perform pre-press RIP processing, and ensure the professional, accurate, and flawless installation of printed products in both workshop and on-site environments, including applications on vehicles, glass surfaces, walls, exhibition stands, and similar substrates.

• Pre-Press Preparation: Preparing printing panels (RIP process) by checking the dimensions, resolution, bleed margin, and color profile of designs received from the graphic department,
• Production Management: Ensuring high-quality and error-free printing on the correct material (foil, tarpaulin, canvas, etc.) with the correct machine settings,
• Post-Press Processes: Completing production preparation processes such as lamination, cutting, weeding, and transferring printed materials to transfer foil,
• Field and Workshop Application: Performing professional mounting/application of the prepared visuals in the workshop environment (on Decota, Plexiglas, etc.) or on application surfaces (walls, glass, vehicles, etc.),
• Machine and Stock Tracking: Performing daily cleaning and periodic maintenance of the machines under your responsibility; monitoring the stock status of paint, foil, and other consumables.

Genel Nitelikler

• We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of local experience in the digital printing and application sector,
• Knowledge and experience in the use of wide format digital printing machines (Eco-Solvent, UV, etc.) and optical cutting (plotter) results,
• Proficient in foil applications, vehicle wrapping, vinyl applications and similar installation options,
• Careful and meticulous work on technical measurement, material planning and fire management,
• Strong work planning, tracking and time management skills,
• Suitable for teamwork, results-oriented and responsible,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and field applications,
• For male candidates, we are looking for candidates with completed military service or exemption.
