- Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related departments of universities.
- Proficient in English at a level that allows reading and understanding technical literature.
- Possesses strong communication, analytical thinking, time and stress management, task follow-up, responsibility, and team collaboration skills.
- Able to work harmoniously with different engineering disciplines.
- Developed problem identification and solving skills.
- Proficient in using Office programs (especially Excel and Word) effectively.
- Knowledgeable in business process and information systems analysis, needs identification, system design, and integration.
- Familiar with ERP systems, data management, and process digitization.
- Has experience with ERP applications
QUALIFICATIONS THAT MAY BE PREFERRED
- Experience in the aviation and defense sectors.
- Knowledgeable in SQL/database management and business intelligence tools.
- Familiar with project management methodologies (especially Agile).
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, understanding, analyzing, and conveying needs accurately.
- Participate in data preparation, reporting, documentation, and training processes.
