The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Unit ensures the operational continuity and peak mission readiness of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles throughout their lifecycle. Working in integration with engineering and production processes, our unit provides end-to-end solutions ranging from spare parts management and technical documentation to training and resource planning. With data-driven analyses and a vision of continuous improvement, it extends the service life of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, delivering uninterrupted performance and sustainable success in the field.

Pozisyonun Amacı

A number of talented and highly motivated engineer professionals will be recruited to work in the areas of Product Support Management, Data Management, Document Management, Maintenance Planning, Coordination and Project Management within the ILS Unit.

Functional areas of the teams are summarized below:

• LDS Preparation, Tracking, and Coordination Management: To ensure that logistics support activities operate in a cost-effective and efficient manner, this function plans the project-based monitoring of all contracts under the ILS framework, conducts financial analysis and pricing, and ensures the necessary coordination.
• Product Support Management: Within the scope of Logistics Support Contracts; execution of project schedules and operation processes, monitoring user-based requirements and providing technical support in this context, determining strategies to anticipate risks related to product support activities and keeping the relevant situation under control, costing all activities based on payments and preparing price proposals.
• Data Management: Within the scope of after sales services, it examines the data sets of the user, field, aircraft and other systems and performs all relevant analyses, reports on the analyses, performs feasibility studies using the data, develops and manages the MRO program.
• Document Management: Preparation and updating of the logistic support documents needed for the aircraft system, coordination and planning of the Technical Bulletin processes with the relevant technical teams and the field within the scope of technical support of the products after delivery.
• Maintenance Planning and Coordination: Planning and coordinating the planned maintenance activities of aircraft and subsystems, and ensuring that the repair processes of aircraft and systems that come to the factory due to malfunctions are followed.
• MRO Project Management: It provides material procurement, training organization, feasibility analysis, reporting, center installation, planning and project follow-up in the installation processes of Maintenance and Repair centers to be established.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduation from engineering departments such as Computer, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, Physics, Aerospace, Management Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Software (preferably from English-medium universities) or engineering faculties of higher ranked foreign universities,
• Fluency in spoken, written and understood English,
• Ability to manage, report, track and finalize multiple projects in a high-paced dynamic work environment, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, high follow-up skills and sense of responsibility,
• To have analytical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills, to identify process inefficiencies and to develop solutions,
• To be disciplined, careful, successful in human relations, to have strong communication skills and to be prone to teamwork,
• To be competent in materials management and logistics software (SAP, ERP, Oracle etc. systems),
• Knowledge of integrated logistics support processes, after sales services, product support management and statistical analysis,
• Focusing on service quality and customer satisfaction,
• To have the ability to read and understand technical documents, presentation and reporting,
• Reside/will reside in Istanbul,
• To have completed military service for male candidates,
• To be suitable for traveling / field assignments, flexible and busy working hours.
