The International Industrial Cooperation Program Management Unit is an integrated program structure that plans and manages, end-to-end, the processes of technology transfer and organizational structuring aimed at enabling the overseas production of aircraft within the scope of projects carried out with international partners.

The unit’s scope includes the preparation of project plans; management of project scope and milestones; monitoring of risks and actions; conducting regular reporting and executive-level presentations; ensuring technical and operational coordination between subcontractors and customer organizations; systematically transferring the required production know-how in a traceable and measurable manner; planning and executing training programs and evaluating competency development; establishing structural technologies, electronic systems, functional testing, and integration processes; planning and commissioning the Flight Test Center structure after production and integration phases and defining its operational procedures; setting up facilities and configuring the production infrastructure; and planning and executing all logistics, shipment, and delivery operations required for aircraft production and facility establishment.

Pozisyonun Amacı

To ensure the technical, operational, and strategic integration of projects involved in international technology transfer processes; to coordinate between stakeholders, technology providers, and local teams in different countries; and to ensure the effective adaptation of transferred technologies to the corporate structure.

• Managing the planning, implementation, and integration processes of international technology transfer projects,
• Ensuring technical and operational coordination with foreign technology providers,
• Coordinating the integration of transferred systems or production technologies into existing infrastructure,
• Conducting technical documentation, process management, and compliance analyses,
• Monitoring compliance processes with legislation and regulations in different countries,
• Organizing and reporting on project meetings with domestic and foreign business partners,
• Conducting risk analysis and process improvement studies,
• Taking an active role in intercultural communication and project management processes.

Genel Nitelikler

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, 
• Technology Management or related fields,
• At least 3-5 years of experience in international technology transfer, integration projects or technical business development,
• luent in English,
• Proficient in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile etc.),
• Knowledgeable about technical infrastructure and system integration, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Developed intercultural communication and negotiation skills, No travel restrictions.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, Technology Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered a plus.
