  • Graduate of relevant engineering departments (Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering) from universities,
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in project management processes; with expertise in scope, resource, and schedule management,
  • Proficient in English,
  • Advanced user of MS Office programs,
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with project management tools and ERP software,
  • Able to adapt to a high work tempo,
  • Strong communication skills and team player,
  • Open to change, innovation, and development,
  • High analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven,
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills,
  • Experienced in preparing or tracking project documentation,
  • Competent in technical drawing and reading documentation,
  • Principled about working carefully and meticulously,

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen,
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in 2D/3D modeling and drawing methodologies such as Catia, 3D Experience, Blender,

Job Description

  • Development Management
    Working with relevant teams in integration development projects; creating schedules according to project constraints such as time, scope, cost, and quality, allocating resources, and actively participating in all project phases to ensure completion.
  • Optimization Management
    Producing engineering solutions aimed at making integration processes better, faster, lower cost, and requiring fewer resources, and carrying out efforts to increase efficiency.
  • Performance Management
    Analyzing operational processes related to integration with process performance indicators, determining necessary actions, and collaborating with relevant teams to improve process effectiveness.
  • Technical Project Management
    Preparing detailed documents and instructions related to operational processes and systems carried out by integration teams; possessing technical knowledge specific to the aviation and defense sectors, creating and managing technical documentation according to these standards, coordinating with technical teams to ensure that documentation is accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
