Within Baykar, the pioneering force of the National Technology Initiative, we operate as an engineering organization that manages the production, integration, and testing processes of unmanned aerial vehicles end-to-end.
This unit is not just an assembly unit; it consists of a structure that designs production, optimizes processes, and manages automation.

Integration of structural, mechanical, and electronic systems:

Pozisyonun Amacı

This position is defined beyond the classic “integration” role; it is intended to train engineers who understand production processes, work on the field, improve the system, and convert it into automation.

  • Actively participate in aircraft integration processes,
  • Work on production lines and analyze processes on the field,

  • Participate in the setup and commissioning processes of new lines,

  • Develop digital and data-driven production systems.

Genel Nitelikler

  • Graduates from universities in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Control & Automation, and Automotive engineering departments,
  • At least 4 years of experience in production / integration / field work,
  • Knowledgeable about production processes and assembly systems,
  • Basic knowledge of industrial automation systems,
  • Able to perform problem-solving and root cause analysis,
  • Knowledgeable in OEE, PPM, and efficiency management,
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 6 Sigma approaches.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

  • Previous experience working on production lines,
  • Participation in automation projects,
  • Conducted process improvement projects,
  • Experience in data analysis and production optimization.
