The integration of structural, mechanical, and electronic components of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is carried out with expertise through testing, quality assurance, and validation activities. The updating, improvement, and development of systems are ensured by utilizing technical knowledge, engineering competencies, and field experiences, actively contributing to the product lifecycle. Efforts in areas such as improving production processes, industrial automation, process standardization, and technical documentation enable operations to progress in an efficient, sustainable, and compliant manner with corporate standards. Additionally, with a quality-focused approach and problem-solving capabilities, the overall production performance of the organization is enhanced, and strategic goals are achieved. Pozisyonun Amacı

The person in this role will prepare detailed documents and instructions related to operational processes and systems conducted by integration teams. By leveraging technical knowledge specific to the aerospace and defense sectors, they will create and manage technical documents according to relevant standards, support continuous improvement processes, and ensure technical documents are accurate, clear, and up-to-date through coordination with technical teams. This role will transform technical knowledge into “content that is watched and understood, not just read.”

• Analyzing written technical documents (work orders, instructions, procedures, etc.)
• Transforming these documents into visual and digital content (images, diagrams, videos, animations)
• Observing integration processes in the field to align content with real operations
• Simplifying complex technical information into clear and understandable formats
• Establishing a standardized digital content language and structure
• Collaborating with production and integration teams to ensure content accuracy
• Developing a digital content infrastructure for training, onboarding, and operational use
• Researching and applying next-generation technical communication methods (interactive content, digital instructions, etc.)

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduated from universities in engineering, aerospace, literature, translation, design, animation, visual communication, or related fields
• Ability to understand technical subjects and simplify them
• Proficient in visual communication and digital content creation
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and systematic
• Advanced English proficiency (capable of understanding technical documents and producing content)

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Experience with 3D modeling, animation, or technical drawing tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, Blender, etc.)
• Video production and editing experience (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
• Knowledge of technical documentation or production processes
• Experience in UI/UX or information visualization (information design)
• Experience in educational content or instructional design
