The integration of structural, mechanical, and electronic components of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is carried out with expertise through testing, quality assurance, and validation activities. The updating, improvement, and development of systems are ensured by utilizing technical knowledge, engineering competencies, and field experiences, actively contributing to the product lifecycle. Efforts in areas such as improving production processes, industrial automation, process standardization, and technical documentation enable operations to progress in an efficient, sustainable, and compliant manner with corporate standards. Additionally, with a quality-focused approach and problem-solving capabilities, the overall production performance of the organization is enhanced, and strategic goals are achieved. Pozisyonun Amacı

It is aimed to organize and coordinate all support activities necessary for operators involved in operational activities on integration lines to utilize their labor force at maximum efficiency; to undertake tasks such as transportation, logistics, packaging, and equipment management in order to minimize possible disruptions in integration processes, and within this scope, to ensure the uninterrupted and efficient continuation of operational activities, thereby maintaining product quality and operational continuity.

• Conducting pre-checks of hand tools, equipment, templates, fixtures, and chemical materials to be dispatched to the integration lines, and minimizing potential disruptions in the process,
• Ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of hand tools, equipment, templates, fixtures, and chemical materials to integration lines in a way that supports operational continuity,
• Creating equipment/material check-in and check-out records, acceptance logs, and necessary dispatch documents, keeping the documents related to equipment and hand tools organized, archived, and traceable,
• Ensuring that all requests for equipment, fixtures, and hand tools are fulfilled accurately and completely, and that they are procured on time to support the uninterrupted workflow on the integration line,
• Packaging products to be dispatched in the field, accompanying them if necessary, and enhancing the efficiency of logistics processes,
• Conducting workshop and dispatch processes in accordance with the company’s quality policies,
• Performing routine counting and monitoring of workshop stocks, ensuring stock accuracy, and preventing potential discrepancies,
• Checking and recording returns of equipment and hand tools, and ensuring the process is managed correctly,
• Maintaining and repairing faulty and damaged products, while ensuring the procurement and delivery of new products during this period to prevent workflow stoppages,
• Carrying out regular equipment maintenance and repair activities,
• Verifying that relevant products are in their correct positions and locations and ensuring compliance with these placements.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduate of an industrial vocational high school, technical high school, or relevant departments of vocational colleges,
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and stock management of materials, semi-finished, and finished products,
• Experienced in workshop and warehouse management processes,
• Preferably able to repair and maintain equipment in the workshop inventory,
• Possesses the ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and technical documents,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Able to use ERP and MES programs,
• Preferably skilled in using measuring instruments and testing equipment,
• Preferably an active forklift operator,
• Principled in working carefully and meticulously,
• Team-oriented,
• Able to communicate effectively,
• Preferably has a good command of English,
• Experienced in filling out documents,
• Advanced user of MS Office programs,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours in a high-paced work environment,
• Capable of working in a shift schedule,
• No restrictions on travel.
