Industrial Automation Engineer
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from the departments of Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Control and Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry,
- Knowledge and experience in industrial robot systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, etc.),
- Proficient in PLC systems (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.) with programming knowledge and experience,
- Knowledge and experience in CNC machine systems and communication interfaces (I/O, Ethernet, Profinet, etc.),
- Preferably with technical English skills,
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities,
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and willing to travel,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
- Team-oriented and able to take an active role in the field.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Integrating industrial robots into CNC machines (loading, unloading, pallet changing, etc.),
- Managing mechanical, electrical, and software integration processes in robot cells,
- Performing installation, commissioning, and improvement activities of PLC, HMI, and sensor systems,
- Increasing efficiency in current production processes through automation applications; analyzing and resolving failures and downtimes,
- Creating and implementing periodic maintenance plans,
- Commissioning systems that enable digital monitoring of production data,
- Providing technical support and training on automation systems to operators and maintenance personnel,
- Following new automation technologies and contributing to process improvement projects.
