GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the relevant departments of Vocational High Schools and/or Vocational Schools (Electronics, Electrical-Electronics and Electronic Communications),
• Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,
• Open to development and responsible,
• Suitable for shift working system,
• At least 2 years of experience in applying quality control methods,
• Knowledge of the control of different processes and/or products (cabling, PCB layout, electronic components and units); High skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and technical documents,
• Able to create a test plan for product verification,
• Knowledgeable about IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 standards,
• Knowledgeable about ERP quality module,
• Able to use MS Office programs at intermediate and above level,
• Knowledgeable about nonconformity and DF studies,
• Able to use electronic measuring instruments (LCR meter, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc.),
• Able to prepare, implement and update the quality control measurement report and first approval form,
• Experienced in AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949 quality standards and their operation,
• Knows basic level of English (A1, A2),

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out input quality checks of all electronic (PCB, cable, component, module, etc.) materials arriving for acceptance, according to the determined control criteria.
• To prepare the necessary technical documentation and reports, to keep records and to carry out ERP transactions.
• Collaborating with Quality Assurance Engineers, providing support for research and testing methods for new material types when necessary, and creating quality control plans.
• Taking necessary actions in case of non-compliance and preparing reports.
• Giving initial sample approval.
• Providing suggestions and solutions for process improvements when necessary.
• To prepare a quality control plan when necessary.
