The Mechanical Manufacturing Unit produces critical mechanical components for the aviation and defense industry through machining processes—primarily CNC Turning and CNC Milling—along with additive manufacturing, coating, finishing, and automation processes. All manufacturing stages, from raw material intake to final shipment, are carried out in a controlled manner, and production processes are continuously improved in line with quality and traceability principles.

Pozisyonun Amacı

To ensure that production operations in SLS/DMLS (Plastic/Metal laser sintering) powder bed additive manufacturing processes are carried out safely, systematically, and in compliance with technical requirements, and to prepare parts for shipment by completing post-processing operations in full.

• Carry out production operations on SLS/DMLS additive manufacturing machines,
• Clean produced parts and support structures,
• Perform part removal operations from build plates using wire EDM,
• Perform sandblasting operations for parts,
• Use Dremel, hand grinders, and similar tools effectively and safely,
• Perform conformity checks according to technical drawings,
• Manage packaging, shipment, and logistics processes of products,
• Monitor periodic maintenance and inspection processes of equipment,
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately,
• Work in compliance with occupational health and safety rules.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduate of relevant departments of Vocational High Schools or Vocational Schools,
• At least 2 years of experience in SLS/DMLS powder bed additive manufacturing technologies,
• Experience in cleaning and post-processing of parts produced by plastic and metal 3D printing systems,
• Knowledge of wire EDM part separation processes,
• Experience in sandblasting operations,
• Proficient in safe use of hand tools,
• Ability to read technical drawings,
• Responsible for documentation and record-keeping processes,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills,
• Able to work in shifts and overtime schedules,
• Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined with strong process follow-up skills,
• Open to innovation, eager to learn, and safety-conscious,
• For male candidates, completion of military service,
• Residing in or able to reside in Istanbul.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Knowledge of post-processing heat treatment or surface treatment in additive manufacturing,
• Experience in powder management and material recycling processes,
• Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
