The International Industrial Cooperation Program Management Unit is an integrated program structure that plans and manages, end-to-end, the processes of technology transfer and organizational structuring aimed at enabling the overseas production of aircraft within the scope of projects carried out with international partners.

The unit’s scope includes the preparation of project plans; management of project scope and milestones; monitoring of risks and actions; conducting regular reporting and executive-level presentations; ensuring technical and operational coordination between subcontractors and customer organizations; systematically transferring the required production know-how in a traceable and measurable manner; planning and executing training programs and evaluating competency development; establishing structural technologies, electronic systems, functional testing, and integration processes; planning and commissioning the Flight Test Center structure after production and integration phases and defining its operational procedures; setting up facilities and configuring the production infrastructure; and planning and executing all logistics, shipment, and delivery operations required for aircraft production and facility establishment.

As the International Industrial Cooperation Group, we are seeking Education Specialists who can share our vision in globally executed training projects, analyze the learning needs of diverse cultures, and transform them into practical and sustainable programs. This position offers a significant opportunity for candidates who wish to take an active role in international operations management and educational technologies.

  • Develop curricula and digital content tailored to the needs of different cultures and regions,
  • Actively participate in domestic and international training implementations, providing rapid solutions to technical and logistical issues,
  • Manage the budget, schedule, and resource planning of training projects,
  • Ensure effective communication with partner institutions, trainers, and service providers,
  • Manage learning platforms and integrate digital learning tools,
  • Review training content for compliance with project requirements and international standards,
  • Analyze training performance indicators (KPIs) and provide improvement recommendations,
  • Maintain organized archiving of training records and certification processe.

Genel Nitelikler

  • Graduate in Educational Sciences, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in international project coordination,
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2); knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus,
  • No restrictions on international travel and able to actively participate in field activities,
  • Solution-oriented and decisive under crisis situations,
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule constraints,
  • Proficient in LMS platforms and digital learning tools; advanced user of MS Office,
  • Able to communicate effectively with multicultural partners and possess strong representation skills,
