GENERAL FEATURES
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology (CEIT) or equivalent, with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field.
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong command of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
- Experienced in instructional design and digital learning content development processes.
- Familiar with LMS and SCORM standards,
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and metrics in Educational Technologies.
- Fluent in English.
- Disciplined, highly motivated, and skilled in planning and organization.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with strong analytical and observational skills.
- For male candidates: military service must be completed or exempt.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and develop digital learning contents (videos, animations, interactive modules) aligned with internal training needs.
- Create training modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, and similar platforms.
- Produce visual and instructional materials using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
- Take an active role in instructional design and development processes (analysis, design, and development).
- Prepare and manage SCORM packages and support system integration processes.
- Play an active role in the project management of the Learning Management System (LMS) development process.
- Monitor emerging trends, tools, and metrics in educational technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure project follow-up, demonstrate strong team collaboration, and maintain effective communication throughout all stages.
