Talent Program

Within the scope of this project, the objective is to facilitate inter-UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) communication utilizing natural language models. Prospective candidates will develop innovative systems capable of executing missions independently of ground control stations across both open and closed networks.

Throughout the project, the aim is to avoid deployment complexity by leveraging off-the-shelf infrastructures intended for civilian use, while simultaneously ensuring that the aircraft can successfully execute complex missions by utilizing AI agent capabilities.

  • Criteria and Expectations
  • Although specific technical requirements are not explicitly stated in the relevant outline, in alignment with the project's vision and targeted learning outcomes, candidates are expected to possess the following competencies:
  • A strong interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM) technologies, coupled with a readiness to develop novel concepts within these domains.
  • An analytical mindset capable of modeling complex tasks utilizing AI Agent architectures and autonomous systems.
  • Fundamental familiarity with network communication principles to successfully conceptualize UAV control capabilities that operate independently of ground control stations.
  • A solid practical and theoretical foundation in algorithm development and modern programming languages (e.g., Python).
  • A passionate approach toward autonomous swarm/formation flight scenarios and advanced aviation technologies.
