Multifaceted Media Relations Assistant Specialist

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 
We are looking for a versatile team member who can actively participate in media relations, visual content production, and corporate communication processes, with the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Candidates are expected to possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduated from universities, preferably in Communication Faculties or departments such as Visual Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media and Communication, or Social Sciences,
  • Enjoys reading, researching, and writing; possesses advanced skills in effective written communication,
  • Knowledgeable or open to developing in media relations processes,
  • Proficient in English, preferably with command of Italian, French, or Arabic,
  • Experienced in photography; able to use basic equipment and create shooting plans,
  • Proficient in photo and video editing programs (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, etc.),
  • Capable of producing visually strong content for digital platforms,
  • Able to use MS Office programs at an intermediate level (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • High tracking and reporting ability; skilled in recording and regularly reporting work processes,
  • Able to provide effective coordination among multiple tasks and teams,
  • Preferably holds a B class driver's license and can actively drive,
  • Dynamic, solution-oriented, and adaptable to high pace,
  • Able to remain creative and organized under intense stress,
  • Flexible with working hours,
  • No domestic and international travel restrictions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the institution's media relations; establish connections with the press, conduct media monitoring and reporting.
  • Perform professional photography and video shoots at events and organizations, and curate content.
  • Prepare press releases, interview scripts, news content, and media announcements.
  • Produce suitable visual and video content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Create and maintain media lists, and organize invitation processes.
  • Take on a role involving gathering information, writing text, visualizing, and preparing content for publication.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure consistency in internal and external communications.
  • Measure the impact of work, report regularly, and manage archiving processes,
