Mechanical Manufacturing Unit; carries out the production of critical mechanical components for the aerospace and defense industries through machining processes—primarily CNC turning and CNC milling—along with additive manufacturing, coating, finishing, and automation processes. Within the unit, all manufacturing stages from raw material intake to final product shipment are conducted in a controlled manner, and production processes are continuously improved in line with quality and traceability principles. For high-precision components, measurement, verification, and process control activities are implemented through an integrated approach.

Pozisyonun Amacı

To ensure that CNC laser cutting processes are carried out in compliance with technical drawings and quality standards, to perform cutting operations in accordance with the production plan, and to contribute to efficient manufacturing by maintaining machine performance at an optimum level.

• To perform dimensional and tolerance inspections of the first cut part,
• To carry out CNC laser cutting operations in accordance with technical drawings,
• To effectively operate the CNC laser cutting machine and related equipment used in the production process,
• To ensure optimum performance by making necessary machine adjustments,
• To regularly record and report daily production data,
• To support periodic maintenance processes of machines and equipment,
• To maintain order and cleanliness in the work area,
• To work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduated from the relevant departments of a Vocational School, Technical High School, or Vocational High School,
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions,
• Proficient in the effective use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.),
• Knowledgeable about laser cutting methods,
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings,
• Experienced in problem-solving and reporting,
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required,
• Able to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced working environment.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Holding a journeyman’s certificate or vocational qualification certificate related to laser operation,
• Experienced with different brands/models of CNC laser machines,
• Having taken part in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives,
• Able to create nesting layouts using the Metalix software,
• Able to operate a CNC press brake (abkant bending machine).
