Birimimiz

Integration activities at Baykar consist of critical production processes where aircraft structural, mechanical, and system components are assembled with high precision.

In these processes, the verification of product geometry, assembly accuracy, and production tolerances is of great importance in terms of flight safety, production quality, and platform performance.

The Dimensional Verification Engineer, who will take part in this context, will be responsible for the dimensional verification activities of parts, tooling, fixtures, sub-assemblies, and final products used in integration processes.

The position is not limited only to performing measurements; it also covers the development of measurement infrastructure, the creation of verification methodologies, and ensuring the geometric accuracy of production processes in a sustainable manner.

Pozisyonun Amacı

To verify the compliance of the aircraft resulting from integration processes with technical drawings, CAD models, geometric tolerances, and assembly references; to ensure the accuracy of the assembly geometry; and to control the dimensional integrity of the aircraft.
