GENERAL QUALIFACATIONS
• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Design Engineering, Aviation and Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering and Materials Engineering departments of universities,
• Having basic knowledge of energy storage systems (especially Li-ion, Li-Po batteries) and electrochemistry and willing to improve yourself in this field,
• Having packing experience for various cell types (cylindrical, prismatic, pouch),
• Will be able to develop solutions by understanding and interpreting the structural, electrochemical and mechanical behaviors of battery systems,
• Experienced in researching, testing, evaluating and reporting of different battery systems (Li-S, Solid State, Fuel Cell etc…), Li-ion battery cell in different chemistry, new materials and designs, improving and reporting existing designs,
• Having the determination to follow and continue the process from concept to production,
• Having knowledge of strength, statics, thermodynamics and materials,
• Having basic knowledge of electrical and standard parts layout (screws etc…),
• Preferably, having knowledge of shock and vibrations and ability to demonstrate design solutions with numerical calculations,
• Experienced in 3D modeling programs (preferably CATIA V5),
• Able to work in coordination with other teams related to their responsibility areas
• Good communication skills and able to adapt to teamwork,
• Creative and solution-oriented working skills,
• Knowledge of systems engineering design, documentation, process and contents
• Not related to military service at least 2 years
• Good level of technical English language
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of qualification and certification processes
• Preferably, having knowledge of aviation and military standards
• Preferably, having knowledge of MIL-STD-810H environmental tests and EMI-EMC compliance standards
