GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities
• At least 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Able to manage electronic card, avionics manufacturing, testing and quality processes
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and testing equipment
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and testing processes
• SMD Typesetting Machine, Solder Printing Machine, Oven, AOI, SPI, Washing Machine, Coating Machine, X-ray etc. Knowledgeable about electronic production and control machines such as
• Be effective in personnel coordination and follow-up of work
• Be able to dynamically manage material and sub-stock management
• Be able to prepare production documents and BOM lists
• Knowledgeable about IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001 standards
• Preferably worked in a company that produces electronic cards for the defense industry
• Be able to adapt to intensive and flexible working hours
• Prone to teamwork
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• For male candidates, have completed their military service
