Our unit provides an efficient, traceable, and sustainable production infrastructure by carrying out end-to-end production, testing, quality control, and process development activities of electronic boards and avionics systems in accordance with defense industry standards.

Position Objective
We are looking for team members who will actively participate in the production, testing, and quality control processes of electronic boards and avionics systems in our company operating in the Aviation and Defense Industry, optimize production lines, develop solutions to technical problems, contribute to process improvement and cost optimization studies, and coordinate the production area.

What Awaits You?

• To conduct and continuously improve the production, testing, and quality control processes of electronic boards and avionics systems.
• To conduct studies aimed at increasing line efficiency by possessing technical knowledge about the equipment used in production lines.
• To develop analyses and solution proposals for technical problems encountered in the electronic production process.
• To prepare the production infrastructure during the production phase of new products and provide technical support for prototype production.
• To carry out R&D-type process improvement and cost optimization studies related to production and testing processes.
• To direct production personnel, ensure work distribution, and monitor them.
• To work in integration with production planning by monitoring material and sub-component stocks.
• To prepare and keep up-to-date technical documentation related to production.
• To contribute to the implementation of process improvement and quality control systems.

General Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of electronic production
• Preferably worked in companies producing electronic boards in the Defense Industry sector
• Knowledge of electronic production and testing equipment (Multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, assembly machines, SPI, AOI) (etc.) knowledgeable in:
• Quality control, documentation, and engineering processes integrated with production systems
• Proactive in production development, process improvement, or problem-solving related to production
• Proficient in material management, BOM preparation, and ERP systems
• Competent in personnel coordination and production site management
• Knowledgeable about IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and IPC J-STD-001 standards
• Able to adapt to demanding and flexible working hours
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good command of English
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach, and solution-oriented work habits
• For male candidates, completed military service
