Avionics Project Engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from universities in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering departments
• Preferably a graduate or student of Master's programs in Engineering Management, Production Systems, or Technology Management
• Knowledgeable about project management processes
• Experienced in project or operational roles within electronic production and/or avionic system production processes
• Preferably familiar with production and quality systems in defense, aerospace, or automotive sectors
• Able to work in coordination with production engineering, assembly, testing, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams
• Preferably knowledgeable about AS9100 and production-focused quality standards
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with project management tools
• Proficient in English
• Result-oriented, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Skilled in reporting, planning, and follow-up
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Able to adapt to intensive and flexible working hours

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the creation of schedule, resource, and scope plans for projects related to avionic production processes
• Coordinate the execution of serial and prototype production projects with the production line
• Track daily/weekly progress in production projects and prepare comparative reports against project schedules
• Actively participate in coordination processes with other departments
• Facilitate project-based coordination among technical, production, quality, and supply teams
• Perform technical and managerial reporting for all project deliverables

The position’s work location is Istanbul / Hadımköy campus.
