Within the scope of this project, the objective is to conduct in-depth research and analysis of resource management models tailored for R&D (Research and Development) companies. Prospective candidates will select the most appropriate resource planning approach for projects and establish a resource allocation model within the framework of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Throughout the process, the optimal model will be determined by comparatively analyzing various organizational structures (functional, matrix, and project-based), and this selected model will subsequently be implemented in a pilot project. Analyzing the correlation between the project schedule and resource planning to optimize delivery times is among the primary objectives of the project.

Criteria and Expectations

  • Active proficiency and strong command of program management methodologies.
  • The ability to effectively utilize resource management principles and associated digital planning tools.
  • The capability to design and construct resource allocation methodologies based on a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Possessing an analytical mindset capable of analyzing diverse organizational structures and executing optimization processes.
  • The ability to work with a highly detail-oriented approach regarding performance reporting and project schedule optimization.
