Fluid Systems Test Engineer
General Qualifications
- Graduate of universities with a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering departments,
- Preferably holding a master's degree in these fields,
- Preferably having experience in fluid systems (fuel, de-icing, etc.) of unmanned aerial vehicles,
- Knowledge of at least one CAD modeling program (Preferably Catia),
- Experience with general engineering tools and programs,
- Knowledge of data collection systems and sensors (temperature, pressure, flow rate, vibration, etc.),
- Knowledge of airworthiness, product validation, and certification processes,
- Experienced in literature review processes and capable of conducting detailed literature research,
- High problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
- Proficiency in technical English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Open to innovation and continuous self-improvement,
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- Ability to adapt to a high work tempo and flexible working hours,
- Able to work in coordination with other teams related to their areas of responsibility.
Job Description
Considering the project dynamics and active task division requirements, the following assignments will be made;
- Establishing and maintaining the necessary infrastructure for the whole and subsystem tests of systems like fuel and de-icing,
- Supporting the planning of tests and determining their requirements,
- Ensuring the integration of data collection equipment into the test system,
- Planning and ensuring the necessary maintenance of test systems,
- Processing the data from the conducted tests, evaluating the results, and providing the necessary reporting to the relevant teams,
- Supporting the initial design and updates of test setups,
- Creating the necessary technical documentation and 3D design models,
- Working on tracking, acquiring, and implementing new Technologies.
