2026 Summer Semester | Electro-Optical Systems Management Project Engineer

The Electro-Optical Systems Department is responsible for the project management, systems engineering, and operational integration processes of gimbal turret systems that provide imaging, tracking, and laser guidance functions. Our department carries our technical and administrative activities aimed at managing system design and implementation processes, developing solutions that meet operational needs, and coordinating field integrations.

Main Areas of Activity:

  • Supporting project planning and management processes of electro-optical systems,
  • Conducting system requirements analysis and documentation,
  • Performing subsystem integration studies,
  • Preparing operational scenarios and executing application tests,
  • Providing technical support for payload integration processes on aerial platforms,
  • Managing configuration control and tracking system updates,
  • Preparing test procedures and participating in field implementations,
  • Supporting the translation of customer requirements into technical specifications.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering programs,
  • Interested in systems engineering principles,
  • Proficient in spoken English,
  • Familiar with basic concepts of project management and system analysis,
  • Skilled in technical documentation and reporting,
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities,
  • Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Able to reside in Istanbul during the internship period.
