Summer 2026 | Avionics Production and Test - Engineer

The Avionics Production and Test Unit is the engineering and production organization responsible for the production, assembly, testing, and calibration of electronic systems on all aircraft platforms designed and developed within Baykar.

The unit's areas of activity include:

• Manufacturing electronic components and avionics for all aircraft and ground systems
• Executing processes related to the assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards (SMD, THT)
• Planning and preparing instructions for mechanical-electronic integration (line-replaceable unit (LRU)) and electrical testing of circuit boards
• Determining functional testing of systems in accordance with design requirements and conducting these processes
• Researching the details of environmental testing and conducting testing processes in accordance with instructions (temperature, humidity, altitude, thermal shock, etc.)
• Conducting ground testing (Hardware-in-the-loop – HIL) before integration of avionics systems into aircraft
• Executing quality control, maintenance, and repair operations for electronic components and avionics
• Conducting production development activities
• Identifying challenges in production processes and implementing improvements
• Executing EMI-EMC testing processes
• Monitoring and implementing developing production technologies in the responsible production area

There are many business processes involved.

Intern candidates who are currently studying or have completed their studies in the Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Electronic Communication, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering departments of universities and wish to intern in our company's Avionics Production and Testing Unit can apply to our posting.
