The Structural Technologies Unit is responsible for the entire process of transforming an aircraft from a conceptual design into a tangible product. Within this scope, the Structural Manufacturing Design Group is responsible for carrying out all design activities required during the manufacturing and integration stages of aircraft structures. Activities performed throughout the process, from conceptual design to mass production, are carried out using the necessary design tools.

The group’s areas of responsibility include:

  • Conducting design and review activities to ensure the manufacturability of structural groups such as the aircraft’s wings, fuselage, and tail, as well as subsystem components,
  • Designing molds, models, and lamination layouts required for composite part manufacturing,
  • Designing tooling for structural integration activities,
  • Designing planned and unplanned structural maintenance activities throughout the aircraft life cycle.

Students currently studying in the 3rd or 4th year of the following university departments may apply for an internship in the Structural Technologies Unit – Structural Manufacturing Design Group of our company:
