2026 Fall Internship | Mechanical Technologies

This unit is responsible for the design and development of the aircraft's mechanical systems from the conceptual design phase to the final product. It deals with the design of the aircraft's mechanical systems and the verification of these designs using simulation, analysis, and testing methods. Design activities within the modeling and prototyping cycle are carried out using the necessary design tools.

The unit's areas of activity include:

  • Conducting literature research, establishing mathematical models, designing and analyzing the mechanical subsystems of the aircraft;
  • Designing shock absorber systems, folding systems, and braking systems for landing gear;
  • Designing the actuation mechanisms of control surfaces (flaps, rudders, ailerons, etc.);
  • Designing the mechanical systems of battery systems;
  • Researching the production methods of parts designed for the aircraft and determining processing parameters;
  • Determining the requirements of materials used in aircraft designs through literature review;
  • Integrating components manufactured with materials conforming to standards into the aircraft;
  • Providing support for the design of test setups;
  • Designs; Verification is carried out using test, analysis, and simulation methods.
  • Management tasks include creating project schedules, calculating man-hours, updating work lists, monitoring part production, and ensuring coordination between units.

Candidates studying in Mechanical, Metallurgy and Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace, or Aerospace Engineering departments at universities and wishing to intern in the Mechanical Technologies unit of our company can apply to this unit.
