Provides decision support to management through reporting and predictive models, while developing standards-compliant processes, organizational handbooks, competency matrices, and digital HR systems.
Responsible for attracting the right talents to the organization, supporting their adaptation and development processes, and strengthening employee engagement.
Responsible for maintaining employee personnel records in compliance with legal regulations, managing leave and medical reports, payroll attendance tracking, and onboarding/offboarding procedures. Internship opportunities are offered for students studying in relevant departments.
