2026 Fall Internship | Light Platforms Structural Analysis

As the Lightweight Platforms Unit, we take part in the development of all software, hardware, design, and analysis R&D processes for agile and lightweight UAV platforms capable of performing reconnaissance, strike, surveillance, and similar missions within BAYKAR Technology.

Our unit consists of 13 teams, including:

General Qualifications Expected from Candidates for the “Structural Analysis” Team:

  • Senior-year students in Aircraft Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Engineering departments
  • Knowledge of statics, dynamics, vibration, strength of materials, and material science
  • Knowledge of flight mechanics and flight loads
  • Experience in projects involving aircraft structural components
  • Experience with composite materials, lamination schedules, and structural analysis studies
  • Familiarity with at least one widely used structural analysis software (ABAQUS, ANSYS, NASTRAN, etc.)
  • Highly motivated with a strong research-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team
